Maroc Telecom introduces online bill payment system

Those of us who use Maroc Telecom in Fez have been experiencing dropouts and very slow download speeds. However the good news is that Maroc Telecom has launched an online billing payment service for its fixed-line, mobile and internet subscribers holding a Moroccan bank card or international Visa or Mastercard. After receiving the PIN Code over the phone or in-store, subscribers can use its bill payment system 24×7 from various Maroc Telecom websites.

Well done for reporting on the farce that is called Maroc Telecom. After years of suffering with MT in Casablanca (the service always cuts when you need it most), I finally caved in and bought Wana's modem as a back-up solution whenever MT is down which works great. The neat thing about Wana is once you've bought the modem you can top-up with scratch cards whenever you need the service.

On the other hand, to be fair to MT, I'm sure that in two or three years' time the service will be acceptable as they're trying to bring their network up to scratch and this entails maintenance and downtime for subscribers.

I have 3 product with MT,on each end of the month I have to make three [3] separate payments, I don't see the logic behind three separate bills to one customer, we would like MT to facilitate this services and also have the option to pay your bill at MT agencies with [CARDS] as well as cash.
