According to a report in the Morocco Times, Nokia, the leading mobile communications provider, announced Thursday the opening of a regional headquarter for North and West Africa in Casablanca."Morocco was chosen because it has reached enough maturity to become one of the most interesting and dynamic markets in the region," commented Timo Toikkanen, the Finnish group's Vice President for Customer and Market Operations in the Middle East and Africa.
