Stranger in a strange land.
It is always interesting to have a view from the outside looking in. Richmond Talbot writing in the Old Colony Memorial in the USA gives us an outsider's view of Morocco.
Looking down from a hillside on the medina of Fez, you see a medieval walled town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On its rooftops are thousands of satellite dishes. The world, with all its diversity, beams into every home. Further change is likely. If Moroccans are learning from us, we might also learn from them. I've been pondering since I got home what those lessons might be.

Agreed! And unless we understand that is the way "they" see Morocco, there is little we can do to change that view.
The good thing is that at least people are interested in Morocco and that will assist with trade, tourism and investment.
