A few days ago we posted about Lahcen's Moroccan Cooking Lessons. Now we can report we have had the pleasure of meeting up with Lahcen and sampled his fine cooking. The event took place at Dar Seferine where we had been invited for a meal by a very interesting American couple, Deborah and David. Earlier in the day they hhad visited the souqs with Lahcen to buy the ingredients and described the experience as wonderful.
