“Rhythms of Peace” Festival to start in August
On 40 hectares of desert beach by the Atlantic Ocean, a few kilometers south of Asilah, six villages will be set up over 3 km to gather many foreigners and those few Moroccans who are able to pay 1000 dh for leisure time.
Organised by Jbilettes Production, the festival aims at bringing together young people from Morocco and elsewhere to exchange ideas on peace and share their passion for music and arts.
The event is dedicated to all forms of trance music, representing a unique collaboration between Moroccan traditional musicians and the world's most sophisticated contemporary electronic trance artists.
“Rhythms of Peace” is a journey through the vast spiritual kingdom of trance history, according to the organizers.
The site of the festival is composed of six villages. The first includes nomad tents for visitors to rent and enjoy the ancient nomad tribes' tradition.
The second village is a dance floor build like a five star branch spaceship of 250 m² with a giant visual screen.
The third Chill Out village is dedicated to offer the audience different types of music journeys.
