Royal Air Maroc - trouble in Brussels.

A ground collision took place at the weekend in Brussels airport, between a Boeing 737 of the Royal Air Morocco and a cargo plane (B-747) of Singapore Airlines. The View from Fez believes the incident was due to the congestion of traffic at the airport caused by a British Airways plane which made an emergency landing following a fire alarm.

According to reports from Brussels a Singaporean plane struck the right elevator of the Moroccan plane which was about to take off, causing serious damage to the plane.

The passengers who were on board spent the night in a hotel in the airport, before taking another plane.
