From the suburbs of Casablanca comes Company Macadam, directed by dancer and choreographer Abdellilah Mesbah. He draws on the two worlds - urban and rural - for his inspiration, and also combines traditional Taghounja rites and popular art forms such as hip hop, dance and percussion.
It's a spectacle which invites us to go back to the source of the life, though a play of the emotion and the richness of the techniques displayed.
