A quick update of the ongoing work on fountains in Fez. At the entrance to Batha at the Baladiya's office there is a new very ornate fountain encompassing the original bronze centrepiece, while further along the road towards the Hotel Batha and adjacent to the taxi station is this broad but low profile style of fountain which doubles (as they often do) as a turning circle for the traffic.The fountain changes mood in the evenings when coloured lights and changing water flows make it a spectacular sight. The workmanship and detail are fine and it is pleasing to see the incorporation of flowers as well. All in all a pleasant addition.
