It hardly seems a day goes by lately when a new person pops up in the Medina and announces that they are looking for a house. Usually a fair number of them fade away never to be seen again. Others become quite tenacious in the face of the legwork and patience needed to find a house that "speaks to you".
Then there are those who on day one or two simply fall on the right house and a deal is struck. That was the story of Pippa from Dublin. Originally Pippa came from Norwich in the UK, but now she has decided on a complete and radical change of lifestyle.
Through her long term friendship with the high energy individual we all know as Louis da Fez, Pippa has found a house without any problems at all. So today she was celebrating with Louis. We hope the paperwork goes through without hassle and that she will soon become a regular face in the Medina.
