Rehearsal at Riad ZanyAs most people are aware, there is a concert at 9pm this Saturday at Riad Zany in the Fez Medina. Rehearsals have been underway and we can promise you an extraordinary evening of music.
Abderrahim Amrani MarrakchiThe head of the Hamadcha Brotherhood, Abderrahim Amrani Marrakchi is in fine voice as Mohammed Essoossi, the most respected master of Malhoun singing. Abderrahim recently featured in our Sufi Lila and was responsible for allowing us to cover the pilgrimage to Sidi Ali and the lila performed there in the mausoleum of Sidi Ali ben Hamdush.
Once again the Moroccan musicians will be joined by the amazing French musician, Frederic Calmes, both singing and playing.
Frederic CalmesIf the rehearsal is anything to go by, it will be a great night.
